Have a lighter in hand every time... you never know when you'r gonna use it... even though y didn't smoke... for good.
Second: say something dude!!!
Third: forget a little bit of the everyday work...
Fourth: have a second plan... for example today. The IBT's day was posposed and certainly I want to do a lot of other stuff... deah...
Fifth: ask for a locker...
Sixth: deah... can't forget!!! I can only say: DAMM, Are you serious?
